For over 14 years, I’ve worked across hospitals, inpatient rehab, and community settings, helping people and families adapt to the often overwhelming realities of caregiving. But what I saw, again and again, was that the biggest struggle wasn’t just the logistics. It was the isolation, the pressure, the quiet emotional weight of caring for someone while trying to hold the rest of your life together.

Home Field Advantage is where that experience meets practical, human-centered support. It’s the consulting and coaching arm of a larger ecosystem I’m building to support caregivers in every layer of their journey.
